A studio of two, and that is the whole point.
Baggs & Flynn started with a simple observation: small businesses in South Wales were paying agency prices for template websites, or template prices for websites that embarrassed them. We thought they deserved the third option nobody was offering. Premium work, from people they could actually meet.
The builder
Fred Baggs
Fred designs and engineers every site we ship. He is a researcher by training and it shows: he measures page speed the way other people check the weather, and he will not put his name on anything that is not fast, accessible, and beautiful on a phone.
When he is not building, he is running coast paths or knee-deep in sea turtle research. Ask him about either at your peril.
The strategist
Jay Flynn
Jay comes from advanced manufacturing, where things either work or they stop the line. He brings that same standard to your website: it exists to win you customers, and everything on the page has to earn its place.
He runs the conversations, shapes the strategy, and translates what your business needs into what Fred builds. He also answers emails alarmingly quickly.

Two people is not a limitation, it is the product. No handovers, no juniors learning on your invoice, no changes lost in a ticket queue.
Fast is a feature
A slow site quietly loses you customers every day. Ours score at the top of Google Lighthouse because we build them by hand and measure everything.
