What is Autopilot, and why is it only £19?
Autopilot is our automated plan. You send a link to your current site, a screenshot, or a description of what you want, and our build system does the work. One of us still checks every site before it goes live, but there are no meetings, no calls, and no account manager — removing the human hours is what removes the cost. If you want the two of us designing by hand, that is Subscribe at £39.
How do I change things on Autopilot?
Message the robot. We are rolling out a WhatsApp assistant you can text like a person — "change the opening hours", "swap that photo" — and it updates your site. Until it is fully live, the same requests go through a short form and are handled within two working days.
Why monthly instead of one big price?
Because a good website should not need a spare £2,000 sitting around. On Subscribe you pay nothing upfront and £39 a month. We carry the cost of building it and earn it back over the year. If you would rather own it outright, you can, from £1,500 as a one-off.
Is there a minimum term?
Subscribe runs for a minimum of 12 months, because that is roughly what it takes us to recover the build. After that it is rolling and you can stop whenever. Own it has no term at all: you pay once and it is yours.
What does the monthly plan actually include?
We design and build your site, then host it, secure it, back it up, and keep it fast and online. It is built to run itself, so there is nothing for you to maintain. Bigger content changes down the line are quoted separately, which is how we keep the monthly price below the big platforms.
How does the switching discount work?
Send us your latest Squarespace or Wix bill. We rebuild and host your site, and for your first year you pay 10% less than you do now. After that you move to the standard £39, which does not creep up year after year. We show you both numbers upfront, so there is nothing to be surprised by at renewal.
How long does it take?
Most sites launch about three weeks after our first conversation. Bigger builds run a little longer. You get a real date before we start, and we keep it.
What do you need from me?
About two hours across the whole project. One proper conversation at the start, feedback on the design, and a yes before it goes live. We handle everything else, including writing the words.
