Platinum
Six clients at a timeThe only plan where you can interrupt us.
Autopilot and Subscribe both end the same way: we build it, then leave you alone. Platinum does not. You get one of us by name, on a mobile number that rings, and you stop thinking about your website altogether.
£89/month · no minimum term
The arithmetic
Add every extra to Subscribe and you are at £73. This is £89.
The last £16 is the phone number. That is genuinely the whole pitch, and we would rather put it in front of you than bury it in a comparison table.
What £89 buys
Access, mostly. The rest is included.
Every extra, included
Bookings, card payments, editing it yourself, a blog, a mailing list, your Google reviews. Priced separately they come to £34 a month, which would put Subscribe at £73. Platinum is £89.
Unlimited requests, one at a time
Send the next one whenever you like and it is done the same or next working day. One at a time is not a restriction, it is how anything actually gets finished.
A person, by name, on a mobile
Not a support desk. Not a ticket. One of the two people who built the thing, on a number that rings.
Front of the queue
New pages, a seasonal change, a campaign landing page by Friday. Platinum work goes first.
Before you ask
There is no support desk. That is the point.
No ticket system, no account manager, no queue. There is Fred and there is Jay. An agency would sell you a department; we are selling you the two people who actually build the thing, which is why the number in your phone is worth more than the feature list.
It is also why we cap it. There are two of us and a working week only has so many hours in it, so we take six Platinum clients at a time. When it is full we will tell you it is full, rather than take your money and be slow about it.
And if £39 would do the job, we will say so. Most businesses do not need to ring anybody about their website from one year to the next — those are Subscribe customers, and we would rather have you happy there than disappointed here.
Start here
Four questions. Then you get a number.
Autopilot customers fill in eight steps and have to supply their own photos. You do not. Send us whatever you have, in whatever state it is in — untangling it is what you are paying for.
Nothing is charged until you have seen the site and said yes. No minimum term after that, so we have to keep earning it.
You can fill this in. Or we can.
Pick half an hour and one of us will fill it in with you, on the phone, while you make a coffee. Or type it yourself — it is four questions.
Four questions. Sorting out the rest is what you are paying for.
Right. Who is yours.
One of us is on your account from today. Save the number before you close this tab — that is the whole point of Platinum.
Your direct number is on its way by text — it lands the same working day, and it reaches a person, not a queue.
